There seems to be problems with the modernistcuisine.com website.
The register page is still not available — even though the second printing is available — and the contact page has a missing form: so no one can contact (and there is no email address).
Any chance this will be fixed soon?

I think that this book have an amazing fotogaphy but the scientific content is very poor
