Then dive in to our Recipe Library, where we will peri­od­i­cally post new recipes from the book, along with tips and pho­tos from the Modernist Cuisine culi­nary team. Thinking about pick­ing up some new tools or ingre­di­ents? Have a look at our Modernist Gear Guide. We sug­gest ways to get the most bang for your buck and where to pro­cure many of the less com­mon foods that some of our recipes call for.

Surveying the con­tents of your refrig­er­a­tor and won­der­ing what recipes in MC might fit the bill? Take advan­tage of our handy Recipe Finder. This is also a great way to find recipes that exer­cise that newly acquired tool or tech­nique. We also have a new index to the Kitchen Manual that is exclu­sively avail­able online. And if those resources don’t lead you to what you’re look­ing for, try the key­word search fea­ture, which can locate a word or phrase any­where in the full text of the book.
